Privacy notice

AZTUR Gayrimenkul ("AZTUR") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We process it under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you send one of our forms (search brief, callback, valuation or viewing request) we store your name, your phone/WhatsApp number or email address, the content of your message, the page you sent it from and your language. To prevent abuse we keep only an irreversible hashed digest of your IP address.

We use this data to answer your request, arrange viewings or valuations and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing. It is accessible to our consultants and to the service providers that host our website, database and email on our behalf.

We keep your data for as long as your enquiry and its follow-up require, and delete or anonymise it no later than two years after our last contact unless the law requires a longer period.

The site uses only two functional cookies: NEXT_LOCALE for your language and cur for your currency. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to object to its processing and to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your supervisory authority.
