A two-district agency, on purpose
AZTUR Gayrimenkul opened in Lara in 2009 with two consultants and a filing cabinet. We could have followed the market into Istanbul, Bodrum and Northern Cyprus. We deliberately did not: Antalya and Alanya are the two markets we can inspect in person, every week, without outsourcing viewings to strangers.
That is the whole business model. When a client asks whether a complex in Altıntaş is worth the premium over one two streets away, someone in this office has stood in both. When a developer misses a delivery date, we know because we visit the site, not because a portal updates.
Our clients are largely investors from Russia and the CIS, families from the Gulf applying for citizenship, and Turkish buyers moving to the coast. Six languages are spoken in the office and every consultant is licensed.

If a complex has a drainage problem or a developer with a delivery record we do not trust, it never reaches the site. A short list is the product.
The drawbacks, stated
Every property we send comes with what is wrong with it — the road noise, the north-facing balcony, the ten-year-old lift. You will find it anyway.
After the keys
Utilities, tax filings, insurance renewals, tenants and resale. Most of our buyers are still in touch years later, which is where the referrals come from.
